1. Shipping Locations
Currently, Bhosra ships exclusively to customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer competitive shipping rates on all our kitchen appliances and home equipment. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
We work diligently to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please note the following timelines:
- Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- “Processing” includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Delivery Time: 10–15 business days.
- This is the estimated time it takes for your package to reach your doorstep after it has left our warehouse.
- Total Estimated Time: 6–15 business days from the date of purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable domestic carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your home equipment. While we cannot guarantee a specific carrier for your order, we typically utilize USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Bhosra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@bhosra.com. Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to change the destination.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
8. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us immediately at support@bhosra.com. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details on how we handle transit damage.
