1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact us at support@bhosra.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception (e.g., coffee machines, blenders, mixers). Contact us immediately at support@bhosra.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these specific cases, Bhosra will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Items that show clear signs of use or wear.
- Products not in their original packaging or missing parts.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to confirm whether the refund was approved.
- If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bhosra.com.
